About Jonathan Dubrow
Jonathan was born and raised just outside Philadelphia and grew up with a passion for the city
and its unique culture. He has fostered a strong love for the vibrant real estate market, and is
excited about the recent growth in Philadelphia.
Jonathan has been in the real estate business since 2009. Prior to RothbergDubrow, Jonathan
handled property management and leasing for a Center City Philadelphia real estate company.
There he developed an acute understanding of real estate transactions, from inception to closing.
His preexisting knowledge and strong grasp for Philadelphia helped Jonathan grow his career
with RothbergDubrow. He currently works with clients on development, medical office, office
and creative office space requirements in the Greater Philadelphia area and South Jersey, and has
recently completed projects ranging from 1,200sf to 35,000sf with Constitution Health Plaza,
Anchor Health Properties, Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company and Kushner Companies.
Additionally, Jonathan played a major role in repurposing a former, antiquated hospital building,
where, in partnership with Peter, they have leased over 160,000 square feet of medical and
professional office space to multiple operators in 18 months.
As part of his commitment to the community, Jonathan currently serves on the Boards of Temple
University’s Fox School of Business Alumni Association, FringeAxis and JEVS Community
Jonathan graduated with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate from Temple University. He
currently lives in Fishtown, Philadelphia and has a deep appreciation for the local restaurant
scene. Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys staying active, travel, and a well-made bourbon
