RothbergDubrow is proud to have fully leased 2037 Washington Avenue with three leases. After developing a plan with ownership to optimize value and increase the building’s square footage, RothbergDubrow was able to lease to multiple tenants with varying space requirements and uses.

HTC Professional Floor Systems leased 6,700 SF for showroom and warehouse space. HTC is an international company which provides tools and training for proper maintenance for all types of flooring. Read more about their space in an earlier post here.

RothbergDubrow also secured deals for ConnectDER and Gray Down within the Graduate Hospital building. ConnectDER produces their namesake products which connect to the utility grid for access to distributed energy resources, such as solar power systems. Their products are easy to install and inspect while lowering costs and are easy to manage and meter remotely. Read more about ConnectDER here.

Graydown, a media buying agency, rounds out the tenant mix. Graydown increases the reach, page views, and engagement for each of their brands through customized content curation, strategic ad placements, and brand optimization. Read more about Graydown here.
