Fox Subacute opens Phase 2 at 1930 South Broad Street with over 27,000 square feet covering the entire 5th floor of the Main and North buildings. Nearly tripling their previous space, Fox Subacute has greatly increased their capabilities to serve the South Philadelphia area. Their expanded space features over 50 beds servicing the local population in short and long term post-acute medical care. With a full staff of specialty care providers with an emphasis on ventilator care, Fox Subacute is equipped to handle a wide variety of health concerns, including but not limited to pulmonary care, rehabilitation, and wound care and management. Fox Subacute is the largest provider of post-acute pulmonary rehabilitative services in the eastern and central Pennsylvania region with this being their fourth location after Plymouth Meeting, Warrington, and Mechanicsburg. Constitution Health Plaza is South Philadelphia’s premier medical center and offers over 200,000 square feet of medical and professional office space for lease. Tenants utilize 24/7 access and security, a newly renovated cafeteria, two conference rooms, and an adjoining 425 car parking garage.
