We are pleased to congratulate Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners in their major expansion at Constitution Health Plaza!
Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners is a hugely impactful practice that serves children and adolescents with behavioral conditions, including those associated with the Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as their families. After extensive psychological evaluations, BATP will provide a range of services from mobile therapy and behavioral consultations, to family counseling. BATP utilizes a team of trained behavioral health professionals to best implement individualized services for the child, adolescent, and/or family in tandem with their network of supportive service providers, educators, and community resources.
BATP first joined the Constitution Health Plaza family back in 2016, and had since grown and expanded their patient base. Due to this, they needed to find a new space. Not wishing to leave the building, BATP worked with RothbergDubrow and building ownership to find additional space for them right where they were. Their unique need for medical office space included exam rooms as well as private and group areas and a reception space. Constitution Health Plaza was happy to accommodate all of BATP’s growing needs and work with them in their expansion so as not to disrupt their current patients during this transition. Constitution Health Plaza, located at 1930 S. Broad Street, prides itself of retaining its tenants and assisting them in their expansions. Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners’ desire to remain in this state-of-the-art medical office building is the most recent example in a long line of existing tenants growing their footprints at Constitution Health Plaza and the Philadelphia market in general.
