RothbergDubrow is thrilled to announce that local tech startup, Guru, has now doubled in size to a total of 13,220 square feet of creative office space within the North American Building at 121 S. Broad Street.
After relocating to the North American Building in 2017 with the help of RothbergDubrow, their rapid growth has already lead to their continued expansion. They decided to take over an additional floor within the building, thus adding 6,600 more square feet onto their footprint. Their space features plenty of natural light and exposed barrel vault brick ceilings, all located right in the heart of Center City. The North American Building also has plenty of amenities for its tenants, including 24 hour access and a doorman.
Founded in Philadelphia, Guru is a groundbreaking tech start up that overlays the top business tools, such as Salesforce and Slack, on the company’s regular workspace. This ensures that any information needed is always available, increasing efficiency in everyone, but especially the customer support teams. Major companies subscribing to their services include Square, Spotify, and Home Advisor. You can learn more about Guru here.
