We here at RothbergDubrow are proud to announce that the Alzheimer’s Association has expanded their presence at 399 Market Street!

The Alzheimer’s Association has been a long term tenant in 399 Market Street for over 15 years via their Delaware Valley Chapter. WIth an initial lease of just over 8,00 square feet, this chapter has since grown and evolved into needing even more space in order to conduct their important and impactful work. RothbergDubrow negotiated a new lease for the chapter on behalf of building ownership in order to best serve the chapter’s changing needs and keep them in this strategic location. Ultimately it was decided that moving the Alzheimer’s Association to the second floor of the building would be the best solution. In their new space, the Alzheimer’s Association now has an additional 1,100+ square feet and a brand new layout perfect for their current needs.

The Alzheimer’s Association helps promote and fund research to find a cure for Alzheimer’s and Dementia as well as proving impactful support for the community. This includes education and support networks for caregivers and advocacy across the nation. We are thrilled to have helped them continue and expand their work in the region.
