RothbergDubrow represented Dr. William Strimel, founder of Tulio Health in identifying space and finalizing a lease for medical office space for his concierge-style men’s health-focused physician practice.
We identified a fantastic corner suite at The North American Building, located at 121 S. Broad Street. This building is also home to Guru Technologies, a long-term client of ours that we have now assisted in leasing 18,000sf over three floors in the building- read more about Guru here.
Tulio Health addresses all aspects of men’s health, from physical and mental health to overall wellbeing. Visits can focus on short or long-term health goals such as nutrition planning, cognitive support, chronic medical illnesses, and more. This men’s health practice will be one of the first of its kind.
Tulio Health’s main objective is to change the status quo by altering the way that men feel about engaging in their health care. Statistics say that 59% of adult men don’t go to the doctor which leads to premature illness and health issues down the line.
