RothbergDubrow had the pleasure of representing En Route Marketing in their HQ expansion at 1315 Walnut Street. Coming out of a pandemic, CEO Bill Gehrman realized that having a physical office was crucial and En Route’s continued growth meant they needed more space. RD+ assisted Bill in evaluating multiple market options before realizing the best solution was under their own roof. En Route completed its expansion at the Philadelphia Building into a brand-new suite that was roughly double its original footprint.
