Peter had full responsibility for the development, community, legal and historical issues pertaining to a prime center city residential site. He has coordinated the acquisition, planning, and governmental approvals for an age-restricted senior care/medical campus, where he orchestrated due diligence, environmental assessment, and site development tasks leading to the creation and implementation of a facility master plan. Peter’s experience includes the acquisition of numerous medical facilities. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT, Peter also directed the $19 million historic renovation of 241 apartment units and related commercial space in center city Philadelphia, along with the planning and development of a 10,000 unit mixed-use community in South Jersey. Previously, Peter served as Assistant to the Mayor of the City of Philadelphia during two administrations. He also held the position of Assistant Development Coordinator at Philadelphia City Planning Commission.

Peter Rothberg is currently corporate vice-chairman and executive committee board member of the Philadelphia-based JEVS Human Services, a $90 million annual budget non-profit agency. Peter has been appointed to the Board of the Old City District by Philadelphia City Council. Peter has an MGA degree, Wharton School, Fels Institute, University of Pennsylvania, and a BA from Park University. Peter is licensed as an Associate Real Estate Broker in Philadelphia and as a Real Estate Broker in Florida.

Jonathan works with clients on development, medical office, office, and creative office space requirements in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and South Jersey. He has completed hundreds of transactions totaling millions of square feet on behalf of his clients, from small to large. In recent years, he has played a key role in repurposing an antiquated hospital building. In partnership with Peter, they have leased over 200,000sf of medical and professional office space in just a few years. Jonathan has an impressive client mix, including but not limited to Anchor Health Properties, Constitution Health Plaza, Arts + Crafts Holdings, Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company, Post Brothers and more.

As part of his commitment to the community, Jonathan currently serves on the Boards of JEVS Foundation and The Old City District.

Jonathan graduated with a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate from The Fox School of Business at Temple University. He currently lives in Fishtown with his wife Nicolette and their bulldog-lab mix, Palmer. Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys staying active, traveling, and a well-made bourbon cocktail.

Since joining the RothbergDubrow team in 2018, Gennadiy has leveraged his background in the financial services industry to deliver immediate results for our clients. In his short time with the team, he has successfully transacted on over 70,000sf, including commercial leases and property acquisitions.

Gennadiy has played a crucial role in working directly with landlord clients such as Arts+Crafts Holdings, Post Brothers, Asana Partners, Cross Properties, and more. He also has experience with tenant/buyer representation, helping secure sites for a diverse group of clients, including independent real estate investors and successful companies such as SEV Laser Aesthetics, Independence Dental, Konect, Analysis Prime, and many more.

As a graduate from Drexel University’s Lebow School of Business, BS, Economics, Gennadiy has little reason to leave the Philadelphia area and currently lives in Fishtown, exploring the area’s food, drinks, and activities. He is an active athlete and an avid soccer player. Gennadiy also enjoys travel in his spare time and spent three months studying abroad in London’s Imperial College in London, England. Gennadiy is licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania.
