During the hustle and bustle of the last week of December, our favorite facial and esthetic studio, Skin Devotee, marked a milestone in its journey and signed a new lease for a bigger space!
For those who don’t know, Skin Devotee Facial Studio, led by the talented Joanna Kula, has been making waves in the world of skincare in Philly. And here’s the exciting part – they’ve just outgrown their previous space and are stepping into a new one that’s almost three times larger. Talk about a glow-up!
RothbergDubrow had the pleasure of working with Skin Devotee back in 2021 when they signed their first lease. Fast forward three years, and we found ourselves working together again, but this time with a relocation to a brand new, revamped space in the heart of Rittenhouse. Get excited for the grand reveal planned for the second quarter of 2024!
The new building is a multi-tenant office building that will be a perfect fit for Skin Devotee’s growing business. From a quasi-retail location to a corner suite in Rittenhouse with fantastic window lines and an abundance of treatment rooms, this move is a game-changer. As a bonus, the landlord is pulling out all the stops, handling all the improvements to transform it into a high-end medspa that aligns seamlessly with Skin Devotee’s impeccable image.
But that’s not all – the move comes with an exciting twist. Skin Devotee will now be neighboring multiple complementary businesses in this new building, creating a collaborative space that’s sure to enhance the overall experience for their devoted clients.
We’re so excited for Skin Devotee and their continued success. We can’t wait to watch them flourish in their new space and continue to redefine the standards of skincare in our beloved city.
