Since our last blog in October 2021, we have leased an additional 24,870sf in the Arts + Crafts Holdings portfolio, totaling 58,476sf within the past 18 months! Leasing picked up in the beginning of 2021 and we are pleased to share that the momentum is still strong today.

Out of these 15 new leases, 53% were handled directly with the tenant.  Our strong marketing platform and direct outreach strategy has a been a significant variable in our leasing success and how we drive value for our clients.

The portfolio offers many unique spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but have many functional advantages for the post-pandemic office tenant.  Tenants enjoy more space for the dollar, more cubic feet with high ceilings, operable windows, and ample onsite parking.

We welcome these new Arts +Crafts tenants!
