With their continued growth and evolving needs, ChatterBlast engaged RothbergDubrow to assist in evaluating their commercial real estate needs. Multiple tours lead to a “Stay vs. Leave” analysis for ChatterBlast’s consideration. Ultimately, ChatterBlast decided to stay in place and expand at the Philadelphia Building. This site has been a longtime home to ChatterBlast and they were pleased to secure deal terms and a construction scope that enabled them to stay in the building.
We were excited to drop by last week and check out their brand-new studio, Ground Floor Studios!
It has been exciting to watch this concept come to life, and we cannot wait to see what exciting new projects they have in store!
