1 Trick Pony, a creative agency, decided to go all-in on remote work, which left their 6,500 sq ft 7th-floor office vacant with multiple years left on their lease. They gave us a call to assist them with subleasing their space, and we immediately got to work.
It only took a matter of months until we found the perfect tenant – All City Network, a sports media company currently growing its national footprint in multiple major cities. They fell in love with this spot’s modern vibes and killer city views. Given the increasing supply of sublease office space in Philadelphia, we knew the odds were stacked against us, but what makes 448 N 10th stand out?
