226 Walnut Street in Society Hill is now the new home for RS Law, and we were pleased at the opportunity to help them find their new digs. This boutique building presents a mix of original character and neighborhood charm with modern details.
Back in 1791, Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton, lived in a house on this site. Once named the interim capital of the country, all federal government offices were forced to relocate here to Philadelphia. Today, a plaque on the front of this building indicates his association with the site.
RS Law will benefit from dedicated parking at the building in an ideal location of the city just blocks from Independence Mall and Washington Square Park, the Society Hill neighborhood emits a blend of historic charm and modern-day elements.
