Over the last two years, there has been a lot of debate about the future of Commercial Real Estate and yet, while most of the world might have taken a pause, 2021 has been one of our busiest years yet!
We continued to service our existing clients to the best of our abilities, landing more new deals for both landlord and tenant clients. We also made new relationships with groups looking to navigate the world of CRE during these unprecedented times.
Most importantly, we learned that despite what curve balls life throws at you, sometimes it’s best to keep your head down and do what you do best to weather the storm.
Regardless of the unpredictability of 2020, we’re thrilled that 2021 not only demonstrated a recovery from the prior year- but a 23% increase in SF leased against 2019! We only expect this momentum to continue throughout 2022.
