Zagster is the U.S. market leader in bike sharing, a rapidly growing industry domestically and worldwide. Based out of Boston, Zagster recently raised $15 million in funding to expand their dock-less bike sharing sector Pace, and was looking to grow into the Philadelphia area. While seeking a distribution warehouse for the bikes as well as supporting offices for the area, Zagster requested that RothbergDubrow keep the search in areas close to a highway and in areas that provided amenities for their staff.
Following an extensive search of the Philadelphia Area, RothbergDubrow is pleased to have found the perfect mix of office and warehouse space for Zagster at 300 Henderson Drive. 300 Henderson is located in Sharon Hill, within Delaware County, PA. Nearby to Route 13 and I-95, Zagster is able to quickly transport and distribute bikes from their new warehouse space to the entire Philadelphia area. Delaware County is filled with great dining, gardens, trails, and historical sites while being easily accessible by car or train from both Philadelphia and Wilmington, making this a great location for their employees as well.
