RothbergDubrow is excited to bring the Northern Liberties Business Improvement District to Liberties Walk, an extension of Schmidt’s Commons.
The Northern Liberties Business Improvement District (NoLibs BID) is a brand new BID and seeks to improve the area’s commercial district in regards to cleanliness, safety, events, and opportunities for businesses and residents alike. The NoLibs BID aims to ensure that the neighborhood continues to thrive and be enjoyable for all who live, work, and shop, invest, and visit it. Although a new organization, the NoLibs BID has already started new cleaning, safety, and storefront assistance programs. This joins other local BID’s including Center City District, Old City District, and many others.
NoLibs BID’s new space is 850 square feet of bright office space featured prominently on Liberties Walk. Liberties Walk is an extension of Schmidt’s Commons, a mixed-use plaza with retail, residential, and office spaces. Featuring direct access to public transportation and major highways, convenient parking, and beautifully landscaped public spaces, this creative office space is perfect for the new and growing NoLibs BID.
