3rd Street Hardware joins the prominent Old City corridor with 1,800 square feet of retail space at 153 N 3rd Street.

RothbergDubrow represented the landlord of 153 N 3rd Street in the identifying and negotiating of the lease for 3rd Street Hardware, a first class and community focused hardware store. This location is an expansion of the original 10th Street Hardware (257 S 10th Street) and offers a full range of hardware and houseware products. The original location has been in business since the 80s and this will be their first expansion as they look to serve new neighborhoods in Philadelphia.

153 N 3rd Street was formerly occupied by Third Street Habit (above), a women’s clothing boutique that opened in 2004. The space has since been renovated and features an open floorplan, large front windows, hardwood flooring, extensive showroom lighting, and a backroom and basement for added storage. Perfect for gallery, office, or retail use, 3rd Street Hardware found it to be a great fit.

Old City has a bustling retail scene, particularly along 2nd and 3rd Streets. These boutique-style retailers serve not just the 17,000 residents of Old City, but also other Philadelphians and visiting tourists. With a vibrant history and plenty of historic sites from the American Revolution, Old City sees its fair share of tourists. Boasting a Walk Score of 99 and a Transit Score of 100, Old City is easy to get to and shop around in, perfect for any sized business looking to grow.

RothbergDubrow congratulates 3rd Street Hardware for joining such an exciting corridor! Learn more about them here!
