Featuring numerous exam rooms, doctor offices, administrative areas, and a waiting room, this space was perfect for the practice to expand into. The building offers prominent signage opportunities and easy access via subway, bus, car, bike, or foot, ideal for both practitioners and patients alike.
1408 South Broad Street is in close proximity to two other medical office buildings RothbergDubrow represents, 1900 South Broad Street and 1930 South Broad Street. RothbergDubrow is proud to have enhanced the healthcare offerings along S. South Philadelphia Pediatrics currently has three locations and their move into 1408 South Broad Street is an expansion of their original space on Reed Street.
