RothbergDubrow is thrilled to have further expanded the tenant list at 1930 South Broad Street with the additions of the City of Philadelphia Health Department, Medicinally Jointed, and Intellisys Solutions Group. Together these three tenants have leased a collective 28,000+ square feet of space throughout the campus.
The City of Philadelphia’s Health Department has moved to 1930 South Broad Street and will offer multiple healthcare services in the building.
Medicinally Jointed serves as an educational establishment regarding alternative care and medical marijuana. Medicinally Jointed will not serve as a medical marijuana dispensary but rather a place for patients to receive alternative therapies, nutrition counseling, massage treatments, and more. Some non-prescription cannabidoil products will also be available. Medicinally Jointed also looks to host educational seminars on the Constitution Health Plaza campus.
IntelliSys Solutions Group, an engineering and project management consulting firm, has leased professional office space at 1930 South Broad Street. IntelliSys provides a multitude of services including custom design work, modeling and testing, PLC engineering, and more. This is their second location, the other being in the Navy yard, and acts as their corporate headquarters.
